Napalm Riot

So much has changed since last I posted. I'm in Utah now! YAY! Which has been great. Living with the boyfriend is awesome. We have had our spats, but they are over quickly, and its just a natural thing. So I'm not too worried about it. We've been playing Rock Band like fiends, which has been great fun. And looking for a new place to move into. I'm applying for new jobs. I want a change, and to stop complaining about the old one. Something he'll be more than happy for. Missed this place though. And good lord knows there have been more than a change or two around here. I'm still making my rounds saying hi to those that are new. Or trying to get those that haven't been on in forEVAR to come back. So if you get some random message thats why. Everyone should give this site another chance. The team has been working their asses off. Which is great. The place looks awesome. And I'm not a talking advertisement I swear. I just give a few of the admin's a lot of crap usually and I want them to know they are appreciated. Anyways. I have people to bug! Talk to you guys soon! BEHAVE! or something like it.

So its here. Its the 13th. By around 7 tonight my boyfriend will be here. I'm excited for him to be here. Can't wait to hug the boy again! Its been like... two and a half months? Just about? Last time I saw him was thanksgiving.

There is still so much to do here. I have to get up uber early to try and get everything done before he gets here. And the airport is an hour away. So this should prove interesting!

So. Yesterday was my going away party from the girls at work. Which was fun. Lord knows there will be pictures. I'll try and upload the video later. Which is hilarious and slightly NSFW. But thats not my fault, it was Hadley's. But anyways. Our district manager was there for awhile and said I'd be getting a call from the District Manager of the Utah studio.

I got the call today.

What I thought would merely be a transfer and raise. With the possibility of seeing management sometime this year. Turned into a transfer to a studio no more than fifteen minutes from the house.... as assistant manager. I'm THRILLED! Four years of hard work have FINALLY paid off at the studio.

On Wednesday, FB flies in to Jacksonville, NC to take me back to Utah with him. To say I'm nervous, would be the absolute truth. I'm excited though, a fresh start to things there. I'm going to entirely miss my mom, for so long it was just her and I. And I do feel bad leaving her here. I'm hoping that in time, that she'll move out there too. I figure if we get married and have kids, grandkids will entirely coax her there.

Until then, I'm packing and trying to get things organized. Luckily I already have a job there, getting a transfer was simple. And luckily my district manager loves me to pieces. I know I'm going to forget stuff here, but this move is already a thousand times better than my last. So I have nothing but good thoughts going about the whole thing.

And he gets to go to New Orleans! Hah. He has to meet my family down there, which shall be interesting. >.> Not that I think they would torture him or anything. Noooo. Perhaps he'll get the talk. We won't be there long enough for them to do much to him. Next trip though. Next trip. *innocent*

I can't wait to see my friends in Utah though. And if I go quiet for awhile on here the move is why. After Wednesday I probably won't be on till like the following Friday. But I'll come bearing pictures and whatnot! Otherwise I think I've babbled enough for now. Time to get back to Revenant Wings.
